Commercial Case Studies

This is where documented client results live. We publish case studies only from real engagements, with the client's participation β€” no composites, no invented numbers, no stock 'results.'

Every published study follows the same four-part structure, because it's the structure commercial decision-makers actually evaluate against: what the property was up against, what we proposed, how the work ran, and what changed.

Request a Commercial Property Assessment

Tell us about your property or portfolio and we'll respond the same or next business day with next steps β€” a site walk-through, a written scope, or a program proposal, whichever fits where you are.

  • The Challenge β€” the property, its condition, and the operational constraints the work had to respect
  • The Solution β€” the written scope, methods, and calendar proposed against that challenge
  • The Process β€” how the work actually ran: scheduling windows, sectioning, coordination, documentation
  • The Outcome β€” the property's condition after, the program that holds it, and the client's own assessment
On the Job

Field-Documented Project Spotlights

While full client case studies await client-approved engagements, these spotlights are documented today β€” from Power Wash NorCal’s own field video of real service visits. No client identities or measured results are claimed; each one shows the property type, the observed challenge, the cleaning approach, and the maintenance benefits the work supports.

Gas Station Forecourt & Pump Island Cleaning

Hot-water cleaning around active pump islands during an overnight visit β€” with the field footage of the steam doing the work.

Commercial Parking Lot Cleaning

Stall-by-stall pressure washing across a striped commercial lot, worked off-hours so rows return to service as they dry.

Dumpster Pad & Enclosure Cleaning

Hot-water recovery of the highest-buildup zone on any commercial property β€” the trash enclosure and its approach paths.

For Current Clients

If you're a program client and your property's turnaround is worth telling, we'd like to document it with you β€” photography, timeline, and your assessment in your words, published only with your approval. Contact us to start one.

FAQ

Commercial Case Studies: FAQs

Why are there no completed case studies yet?

Because we only publish documented, client-approved projects β€” and we'd rather show an honest framework than an invented result. Studies will appear here as engagements are documented.

What will a published case study include?

The four-part structure on this page β€” challenge, solution, process, outcome β€” with real photography, the actual scope and calendar, and the client's own assessment, published with their approval.

How We Work

Our Process, Start to Finish

The same sequence on every commercial property, whether it is one surface or a portfolio.

  1. Initial Contact

You send the property details. A team member responds by phone or email the same or next business day.

  2. Site Evaluation

Where the scope needs it, we walk the property β€” surfaces, access, drainage, and the operating constraints around them.

  3. Written Scope

You receive a written scope and estimate covering the surfaces, the method, and the schedule assumptions behind the price.

  4. Scheduling

Work is scheduled around business hours, tenant activity, and facility operations β€” including nights and weekends where that fits better.

  5. Site Preparation

Access, staging, water source, and wash-water capture are confirmed before equipment comes off the truck.

  6. Service Execution

Method follows the surface and the buildup β€” unheated pressure washing, heated power washing, or a combination, assessed rather than assumed.

  7. Quality Review

The work is reviewed against the agreed scope before the crew leaves, and anything outstanding is identified rather than left to be found later.

  8. Documentation

A written record of the visit goes to the property file, so the maintenance history is available when it is needed.

Before You Commit

What to Expect

What Happens After You Request a Quote

No sales sequence, no obligation. Here is the actual sequence.

Same or next business day
A team member reaches out by phone or email to confirm what you need and where the property is.
A walk-through, a written scope, or a program proposal
Whichever fits where you are. A single surface may only need a phone conversation; a portfolio usually warrants walking at least one site.
Scheduling around your operation
Access windows, tenant activity, delivery patterns, and after-hours constraints are agreed before a date is set β€” not discovered on the morning of the work.
Arrival and setup
The crew confirms access, staging, water source, and wash-water capture on arrival. As a mobile provider we bring the equipment and water handling to the property.
Review before the crew leaves
Work is checked against the agreed scope on site. Anything outstanding is raised at the time rather than left for you to find.
A written record for the property file
Every visit is documented, so the maintenance history exists when a lender, insurer, owner, or incoming manager asks for it.

What we don't do: we don't advertise guaranteed same-day arrival or guaranteed removal outcomes. Cleaning results depend on surface type, surface condition, the age of the staining, and site access β€” so timing and expected results are confirmed after the surface has been reviewed, not before.

Operating Standards

How We Work on Occupied Commercial Property

  • Commercial onlyProperties and portfolios are all we serve. No residential work, so scheduling and methods are built for occupied commercial sites.
  • Scoped before work beginsSurface type, buildup, and the property's operating schedule determine the method β€” assessed on each job rather than applied from a template.
  • Scheduled around operationsNight, weekend, and after-hours work where that protects trading hours, tenant activity, or facility operations.
  • Wash-water handledCapture and compliant disposal built into the scope on surfaces that require it, rather than treated as an afterthought.
  • Documented every visitA written record for the property file, so the maintenance history is available when it is asked for.
  • Mobile across Northern CaliforniaWe travel to the property β€” 25 counties and 183 communities, with no storefront for you to visit.
